Below is a small sample of the effort of various agencies and volunteers operating at the Exchange Place command area to provide support to the events in New York City.  Also below are pictures of the Jersey City Fire Department attempting to gain access to a Path tunnel flooded from the New York Side to effect a rescue of people possibly trapped on the New York side of the tunnel.  The flooding was thought to have come from a broken water main.  Path employees, Port Authority Police, Jersey City Police and Fire, the Gong Club, Teaneck Fire Department's Box 54 Special Services Unit, Newark Fire Department's Bell and Siren Club, various ambulance squads from Bergen County and the rest of New Jersey as well as from around the country.  Not to be forgotten is the effort of all the civilian volunteers who selflessly gave of themselves and their businesses to aid during this horrible event.
